About
A boutique NetSuite practice, built on hands-on delivery
The person on the discovery call is the person writing the code and the person deploying it. That is the whole model, and it is the reason this practice exists.
How we think about NetSuite
NetSuite is powerful, but only when the implementation reflects how your business actually operates. Our job is to bridge the gap between the native platform and the specific reality of your company — with the smallest, cleanest set of changes that achieves the outcome you care about.
In practice, that means starting with a conversation about the process, not the ticket. What does the end-to-end flow look like today? Where does it break? What would it look like six months from now if this specific thing were fixed? Those answers almost always shape a better technical solution than a narrow feature request would.
We work as a primary developer on focused projects, as a senior pair of hands inside larger implementations, as subcontract capacity for NetSuite partners, and as a long-term support partner for teams that have outgrown their original setup. The common thread: direct, senior, documented delivery.

Full work history on LinkedInWhy I work this way
Most NetSuite accounts do not fail because nobody could build the thing. They drift because after go-live there is nobody whose job it is to notice that a scheduled script has been failing for a month, or that the approval chain still routes to someone who left.
Firms are not structured to cover that well. The economics push toward large projects and rotating staff, which is exactly the wrong shape for an account that needs someone who remembers why it was configured the way it was.
Working independently means the person who scopes the work does it, and is still there in month eleven. That is a real constraint on how many clients I can take, and it is the trade I have deliberately made.
Who I am not right for
- Companies needing round-the-clock coverage across multiple time zones
- Programmes that need a twenty-person implementation team working in parallel
- Engagements requiring regular on-site presence
- Anyone wanting the lowest hourly rate rather than the fewest repeat problems
If you are in one of those situations, a firm is the right call and I will say so on the first call rather than after you have signed.
How this differs from a firm
Direct and senior
Shahin Zakizadeh is the person on the discovery call, the person writing the code, and the person deploying it.
Honest scoping
Fixed-price where scope is clear, hourly where it genuinely isn't. No padded change orders.
Business first
NetSuite is the tool, not the goal. Recommendations start with business outcomes and work back to the system.
