How I think about NetSuite
NetSuite is powerful, but only when the implementation reflects how your business actually operates. My job is to bridge the gap between the native platform and the specific reality of your company — with the smallest, cleanest set of changes that achieves the outcome you care about.
In practice, that means I tend to start with a conversation about the process, not the ticket. What does the end-to-end flow look like today? Where does it break? What would it look like six months from now if this specific thing were fixed? Those answers almost always shape a better technical solution than a narrow feature request would.
I work well as a primary developer on focused projects, as a senior pair of hands inside a larger implementation, and as an ongoing advisor for teams that have outgrown their original setup but aren't ready to restart with a big firm. The common thread is direct, senior, no-agency-overhead delivery.
