Published prices, in writing, before you call

Every number below is USD and real. A page that promises no surprises while hiding every price is undercutting its own claim, so here they are.

Primary offer

Monthly administration retainers

A fixed monthly fee for a fixed block of hours and a defined scope. Reserved time costs less per hour than ad-hoc time, so the effective rate falls as the block grows — from $165/hour à la carte down to $100/hour on the largest tier.

Each comparison is the published hourly rate of $165 multiplied by that tier's included hours. The difference is arithmetic, not a promotion — the rate falls because reserved time is easier to plan than ad-hoc time.

  • Fixed-scope project

One defined deliverable — an integration, a migration, a module rollout — with written requirements and a fixed quote agreed before any paid work starts. A single script or a small integration sits at the bottom of this range, not the middle.

  • Hourly advisory

The retainer, compared honestly

For most teams the real alternatives are hiring in-house or engaging a firm. Here is how a retainer compares to each.

Hiring a full-time admin

A six-figure salary before benefits and overhead, plus the months of recruiting it takes to fill the role — for one person's skill set, whether or not there is a full workload every month.

A consulting firm

A bench, and coverage that survives a vacation — but account-management layers, junior delivery at senior rates, and minimum engagements sized for larger companies than yours.

A fractional retainer

One senior administrator who knows your account, at a published price, with published response times. Less coverage than a firm; far more continuity than a rotating project team.

Terms that apply to every engagement

  • All prices are in USD. Retainers are invoiced monthly in advance; projects are invoiced against agreed milestones.
  • Retainer hours expire at month end. Overage is billed at the hourly advisory rate and agreed in advance above a threshold you set.
  • Taxes are not included and depend on your jurisdiction.
  • You provision NetSuite access on your own licence. Sandbox access is required for anything beyond trivial configuration.
