Paid entry point
Find out what shape your NetSuite account is actually in
A fixed-scope, 2 weeks review delivered as a written findings report — every issue prioritized with an effort estimate. $1,950 USD.
NetSuite Health Assessment
Credited in full against your first two months if you start a retainer within 30 days. If you decide not to continue, you keep the report and owe nothing further — it is yours to hand to whoever works on the account next.
What the review covers
How the two weeks run
- 01
Access and intake
You provision a read-oriented role on your own licence. A short call covers what already worries you, so the review starts with your questions rather than a generic checklist.
- 02
Review
A structured pass across the seven areas below, working through configuration, scripts, workflows, integrations, and saved searches in your actual account.
- 03
Written findings
Every issue documented with its impact, an effort estimate, and a priority. Written to be forwarded to a CFO or a developer without translation.
- 04
Walkthrough
A call to go through the findings, answer questions, and agree what matters first. You keep the report either way.
What you get
One written report. Each finding carries what it is, what it affects, how much effort it takes to fix, and how urgent it is. The prioritized list at the front is the part most people forward to their CFO.
That list is also the honest argument for a retainer, or for not needing one — if the account is in good shape, the report will say so.
What it is not
- Fixing what the review finds — remediation is quoted separately or handled inside a retainer
- Access to production changes; the review is read-oriented by design
- A NetSuite licence or user-count audit, which Oracle handles directly
What usually happens next
Most accounts come out of a review with a backlog that needs steady attention rather than one big project. That is what the retainer is for — tiers start at $1,250 USD/month, and the assessment fee comes off your first two months if you start one within 30 days.
